Sport has been an essential part of my life since childhood — I competed in athletics for many years, which laid the foundation for my dedication to movement and a healthy lifestyle.
When I first discovered Pilates, I instantly fell in love with it. As an instructor, my goal is to share this passion with others and help everyone experience the positive effects Pilates can have on both body and mind.

Sport and a healthy lifestyle have been an important part of my life since childhood. As an adult, I completed studies in sports science and health sciences. After a 15-year career in competitive aerobics, I searched for a form of exercise that could bring back the capital-F FLOW feeling I once experienced in professional sports — the drive, the challenge of pushing my limits, and the joy of shared achievement. For me, that became Reformer Pilates.
This practice feels like coming home. It requires complete focus, pulls you out of everyday routines, and builds not only the body, but also attention and awareness. I was so captivated by this feeling that I decided to dedicate myself to teaching and sharing this wonderful form of movement with as many people as possible.
In my classes, we train together as a group, yet you always have space to focus on yourself, progress at your own pace, and truly recharge. And if you’d like to support your health in a more holistic way, I can also help you as a dietitian — whether it’s about mindful eating, finding balance, or reaching specific nutritional goals.
I believe that taking care of our bodies is not only about movement, but also about nourishment. For me, this marks the beginning of a new chapter in life. Come and start yours too!

I can truly say that sport has shaped my entire life. After 24 years as a professional athlete, I stepped onto the “other side” and became a strength coach. I was always curious to discover something new — and that’s how I found my way to Reformer Pilates. I immediately saw the enormous potential in it, and it did not disappoint.
Reformer Pilates offers incredible opportunities for anyone who gives it a try, regardless of age, gender, or experience. I aim to tailor every exercise to the individual’s abilities and knowledge. I don’t believe in “magic tricks” — if something can be done with simple exercises, there’s no need to complicate it. Effective, straightforward, and easy-to-understand movements are the foundation, but the possibilities are limitless.
What I love most is when a client leaves feeling it was worth the effort, because sport truly can transform lives and bring happiness. My hope is that many will choose me as their guide on this journey, training with me regularly and experiencing these benefits firsthand.
To close, I could quote Churchill — “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and sweat” — but in this case, I promise you only the middle two: effort and sweat. Those, however, are guaranteed. I look forward to showing you in my classes what pleasant exhaustion really feels like!

Hi, I’m Zsuzsi, a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. Movement and sports have been an essential part of my life since childhood, first through aerial acrobatics and competitive dance. In Pilates, I found the practice that perfectly combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, while placing emphasis on physical and mental harmony.
As an instructor, my goal is to create a supportive and inspiring environment where my clients can discover both the joy of movement and the rejuvenating power it offers. In my classes, I focus on precision, personalized attention, and helping participants find balance within themselves.
